Alaudinov Accuses Georgian Mercenaries of Looting Russian Village in Kursk

| News, Security, Georgia, North Caucasus

On September 24, Major General Apty Alaudinov, the Commander of the Akhmat Special Forces and Deputy Head of the Main Military and Political Department of the Russian Armed Forces, stated that Georgian mercenaries fighting for Ukraine had looted the village of Pogrebki entirely in the Sujan district of Kursk Region.

Alaudinov claimed that the Georgian looters even took wheat from the village and seized all the tractors they could find. "The looters, it's just horror. These people, who supposedly came here to fight, stole everything, took pictures where they could and could not," he remarked.

He emphasized that these acts must not go unpunished and stressed that it is Russia’s responsibility to find and bring war criminals to justice.
