Armenia-Azerbaijan Border Incident Involves Czech Citizen
On February 3, the government-affiliated Report news agency reported that a Czech citizen was detained after attempting to cross from Armenia to Azerbaijan.
The individual allegedly crossed through the mined zone on the Armenian side and entered Azerbaijani territory. This incident prompted authorities to notify the Czech consulate in Azerbaijan to address the matter.
Investigations are underway to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the attempted crossing and the individual's intentions.
