On August 16, Jeyhun Bayramov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, received Toivo Klaar, the Special Representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus, the Press Office of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the process of normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations, negotiations carried out through the mediation of international partners, including the European Union, as well as the current regional situation.

"It was emphasized that the violation of agreements regarding the use of the Aghdam-Khankendi road supported by the European Union and the intensification of traffic on the Lachin road, as well as the meeting with the representatives of the Armenian residents in the reintegration process, show that Armenia is not interested in the normalization process," the information said.
