Kadyrov on Russo-Ukrainian War

| News, North Caucasus

"We are not retreating anywhere"

Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, posted a video on the social network where he shared the details of what had been happening during the special military operation in Ukraine and denied the following "fake news."

"I will calm the most violent and most skeptical commentators. We do not retreat anywhere. This is all nonsense and a Western provocation. Do not let yourself be fooled," Kadyrov said. He stressed that there are such concepts as tactics and strategy. "We cannot afford to indiscriminately shoot at everyone, including civilians, just to satisfy the manic desires of "couch warriors." Russia is trying to minimize human casualties. But the bandits can afford it to the point that they shoot at their own. Hence the differences in tactics," Kadyrov said. According to him, their generals, who graduated from military academies, are well versed in military affairs and allow the enemy to do only what benefits them. "To destroy enemy units, you must use various tricks: stretching their strength, pulling them back, pinning them in a cauldron, forcing them to enter the field, or luring them into a trap. And the army's leadership perfectly combines all these methods," the head of Chechnya emphasized.

Kadyrov said everyone could contribute: help volunteers or become volunteers themselves, help restore peaceful life, or at least cheer the Russian fighters on the Internet. "Yes, if it were my will, I would declare martial law throughout the country and use any weapons because today we are at war with the whole NATO bloc. It's my personal opinion. I say this not as the head of the republic but as a citizen, a patriot, and a volunteer helping our guys, even though no one obliges or gives such an order. I volunteered to help, and I am trying to do it as efficiently as possible," Kadyrov said.

"I officially declare that we will return to Kupyansk and Balakleya and reach Odesa"

Ramzan Kadyrov believes that the situation in the Kharkiv sector of the "special military operation" will soon change, and Russia will go on the offensive there.

He noted that the Ministry of Defense finally clarified the situation. "Why our units left the cities of Izyum, Kupyansk, and Balakleya in the Kharkiv direction-this was forced to save human lives. However, according to Kadyrov, this does not mean anything," he said.

"I officially declare that all these cities will be returned to you. Our people are already there, guys specially trained for this work. They are ready to leave for another 10 thousand of our fighters, and we will reach Odesa soon," Kadyrov stressed.

He noted that the command in this direction had made mistakes. He said if changes are not made today or tomorrow on the strategy, he will be forced to contact the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the leadership of the country to explain the situation on the ground to them.
