
Mirzoyan Meets US Deputy Assistant Secretary Joshua Huck

On May 29, Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, received Joshua Huck, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, to discuss the agenda of the Strategic Partnership between Armenia and the United States.
During the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged views on advancing cooperation in multiple areas of mutual interest as outlined in the Partnership Charter, with a focus on achieving concrete results and enhancing Armenia’s resilience. They also reviewed upcoming activities related to their collaboration. Both Mirzoyan and Huck expressed satisfaction with the ongoing engagements, highlighting the participation of US officials and experts in the second edition of the “Yerevan Dialogue” international forum.
Regional security issues were also addressed, with Minister Mirzoyan emphasizing the genuine opportunity to establish peace in the South Caucasus. He noted that the signing of the agreement on peace and the establishment of interstate relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan would represent a historic milestone on this path.
