OSCE Confirms Completion of Minsk Process and Related Structures
The OSCE confirmed the completion of the Minsk process and its related structures on December 1. The organization clarified: "The OSCE completed the closure of the Minsk process and related structures on 30 November at 23:59, in accordance with Ministerial Council decision MC.DEC/1/25, adopted on 1 September 2025 following a joint appeal by Armenia and Azerbaijan to the Finnish OSCE Chairmanship". The closure of the Minsk process signifies the implementation of the consensus decision by all 57 OSCE participating States, following the historic joint declaration signed in Washington on August 8, 2025, by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and witnessed by US President Donald Trump
