Ramzan Kadyrov: "Chechens Living Outside Their Homeland are Returning Home"
During a live broadcast on a social network on January 16, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Federal Republic, said the vast majority of Chechens living outside their homeland are returning home.
"The vast majority, 99%, of young people return home. Our planes are filled with them. They come from Turkey. Even during quarantine, 30–50 thousand Chechens returned home. They come, settle down at home, build, live, and develop. Get their kids to study. They study here," Kadyrov added.
"There are dozens of people wearing hats, trying to desecrate this hat, not knowing the history of this hat, putting on a tie, and trying to be Europeans. Their clothes are neither Chechen nor European. They have to decide what they want. And they want to build a Sharia state that is independent of everyone. They supported terrorist organizations that committed terrorist acts on the republic's territory and outside Russia. When it is not profitable for them, they do not need either 'Ichkeria' or the Caucasus. But when they see the benefit in something, they are right there. They don't have a clear ideology of what they want," Kadyrov stated.
Moreover, Ramzan Kadyrov, who has been on vacation since January 12, went live on Facebook and denied reports that he was in Dubai. "Without me? And why did you not take me with you since you flew out?" Kadyrov added.
Earlier, it was reported that Kadyrov's plane flew to the UAE.
