Russian Wheat Transported to Armenia by Rail Through Azerbaijan
On November 4, Armenian Economy Minister Gevork Papoyan announced that Russian-produced wheat was being transported by rail from the Russian Federation to Armenia through Azerbaijan. In a Facebook post, Papoyan stated, "Dear compatriots, I have more good news regarding the lifting of the blockade: Russian-produced wheat is currently being transported by rail from the Russian Federation to Armenia via Azerbaijan. I would also like to note that Kazakh-produced wheat is also en route and will arrive in Armenia in the coming days, again via Azerbaijan."
