During his speech at the conference held in Shusha on August 27, Hikmet Hajiyev, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said that the Azerbaijani side hopes that the organization of a working group on the preparation of the text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be agreed at the Brussels meeting.

Recalling that an agreement was reached on the creation of a commission on border delimitation at the meeting held earlier in Brussels, Hikmet Hajiyev stated that the Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will meet in Moscow at the end of this month. They will discuss issues related to transport, communication, and delimitation.

Notably, on August 31, another meeting between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan, will be held in Brussels with the head of the Council of the European Union, Charles Michel.
