Azerbaijan Integrates Turkish Air Command System Into Air Force

| News, Security, Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has integrated key capabilities of Türkiye's Air Force Information System (HvBS) into its Air Force, marking a further step in defense cooperation between the two countries.

Developed by Turkish defense company HAVELSAN, the HvBS is a command-and-control system designed to support the planning, execution, monitoring and assessment of air operations through a unified digital platform.

The system enables Azerbaijani Air Force personnel to operate using a common operational picture, manage missions and operations in real time, monitor critical data from a centralized platform and accelerate decision-making during air operations.

The deployment expands military-technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, particularly in the fields of defense software, command-and-control systems and digital military technologies.
