Representatives of mass media, public figures, and bloggers with an active civil position of ideological opposition to terrorism in Dagestan will participate in the competition. The winners of the competition are awarded diplomas and a cash prize.
Since the beginning of the year, the activities of members of the underground gang have been suppressed in the federal republic due to the creation of 15 banned cells.
