"Armenian-Azerbaijani relations should be considered in the context of opposition or a combination of power and law. Especially when the Armenian side, or rather, the government, regularly publicly demonstrates its fear of force. But contrary to the claim that force begets law, it is the opposite of force and law in modern conflicts that predetermines a long-term solution. Finally, the final solution to the Ukrainian conflict will also be based on a combination of force and law. Force and law can be equally powerful factors, regardless of whether the argument of force or law is more powerful in this or that conflict. In any conflict, the unconditional acceptance of a solution imposed only by force, without considering the factor of law, can become a challenge to the stability of the international world order," he added.

"Azerbaijan's reaction to the news of my appointment as Foreign Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh, regardless of the degree of truth of that news, is one of its proofs. It seemed that "victorious" Azerbaijan should not be worried by such news. But in the last few days, the Azerbaijani media were flooded with the spread of that news and comments, the main thesis of which is that a government of "revanchists" is being formed in Nagorno-Karabakh," the article added.

"The current government of Azerbaijan knows very well that, since the first day of the conflict, it has created all the legal and political foundations for the justice of the demand for self-determination of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan knows very well that it has committed physical violence against the peaceful people of Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan knows well that Karabakh was never part of independent Azerbaijan and was only part of Soviet Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan declared that period illegitimate by its own constitution. Azerbaijan is well aware that it made a big legal mistake in 1991 by canceling the autonomy of Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan knows very well that it recently made the most serious mistake by announcing that it plans 'zero status' for the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
