Head of North Ossetia Visits Ukraine-Russia Front Line

| News, Politics, North Caucasus

Sergey Menyaylo, the head of North Ossetia, visited the front line in the "special military operation" zone and handed over equipment to the fighters.

"The 19th motorized rifle division soldiers were brought to Zaporizhzhia with thermal imagers, night vision devices, and automotive equipment. We looked on the spot at what the guys were missing and what needed to be emphasized. Well, and most importantly, we talked heart-to-heart with the guys. In the zone of combat missions, moral support means no less than the availability of modern technology. I know this very well from my own experience," Menyaylo added.

He emphasized that the soldiers have a fighting spirit, a reliable shoulder of comrades, and a mood for victory—everything is there. "I told them what we are doing in the republic to support their families while they win peace in Donbas. Let them not worry about their loved ones; we are there. And here, at the forefront, we will also help with everything necessary," Menyaylo stated.
