
Kadyrov called Lukashenko "a politician with a capital letter"

Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has congratulated President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on his birthday: "A person and a politician with a capital letter, a strong business executive, strong-willed, courageous and decent, a wise politician who is loved and respected."
Kadyrov assures that "Belarus today is one of the most steadily developing countries in the post-Soviet space."
The head of Chechnya invited Lukashenko to Chechnya and noted that there "he is appreciated and respected as a strong-willed, courageous and decent person." Kadyrov promises to welcome the Belarusian president "with special cordiality."
Earlier it was reported that Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated Alexander Lukashenko on his victory in the elections and published a photo hugging him. He called the head of state a talented politician and strong business executive, "who set a stable course for the development of Belarus." In August 2018, Alexander Lukashenko awarded Ramzan Kadyrov with the Order of Friendship of Peoples.
