At a press conference following the results of the year, answering a question about mobilization, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, said that Chechens are defending the rights of Muslims all over the world.

"We have always defended our people, our religion. And we have always been dissatisfied with why we cannot defend the rights of Muslims. Today we have the strength to defend the rights of Muslims around the world," the head of Chechnya said. He added that he does not decide the issue of mobilization, it is decided by the Supreme Commander. "But we Chechens prepared in advance. And no one was sent there against their will. And we exceeded the plan; we have many applicants. Not only from our republic, but also from other regions," Kadyrov noted. "We not only participate but also occupy the lion's share in the special military zone [Russo-Ukrainian frontline]," the head of Chechnya emphasized.

Furthermore, answering the question of whether he accepts an apology on behalf of Pope Francis, who accused the Chechens of exceptional cruelty, Ramzan Kadyrov said that the Chechen people accept the apology. "I am glad they realized their mistake. We accept the apology. I speak on behalf of the Chechens," Kadyrov said.

Ramzan Kadyrov said he could be elected the President of Russia, but it would be impossible to replace Russian President Vladimir Putin. "Why not? I am a Russian citizen, others can, but a Chechen can not?" Kadyrov answered. "But I will not do this," Kadyrov added. "After a leader of such a high level as Vladimir Putin, it is practically impossible to govern this country," the head of Chechnya explained. The leader stated, "We will ask the Almighty for long years of life for him so that he will be at the helm of our state for a long time."

Kadyrov also answered a video question from Chechen fighters from the front line. They were interested in Kadyrov's opinion on where it would be better to judge Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, after the victory in the "special military zone" - in Grozny or Kyiv. "As you wish. Zelenskyy should be tried in Grozny. There will be no justice in Kyiv," he answered the fighters.

Moreover, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, laughed at the rumors about his illness. Notably, during a direct line on December 29, he talked about how these rumors originated. "Getting out of the Mercedes in Dagestan on a rough road, I stumbled, and the assistant supported me," Kadyrov said. "I train every day, I swim. Three days ago, they [doctors] said I was healthy. Every three months I take tests and go through a complete diagnosis every six months. Absolutely healthy, no problems. I am ready to prove that I am healthy in the gym," Kadyrov added. After completing a straight line three hours later, he demonstrated that he was healthy to those in the studio and to viewers. He did push-ups from the floor at a fast pace about 30 times.

Additionally, during a direct line broadcast for the first time in both English and Arabic, the head of Chechnya addressed the Arab world and all Muslims with a proposal to participate in the Russo-Ukrainian war against Satanists [hinting at Ukrainians]. "Who does not want to live under the banner of LGBT, we will give you the opportunity to participate in the special military zone," Ramzan Kadyrov suggested. He noted that Muslims now have the opportunity to protect their spiritual values. "Today, we are fighting on the territory of Ukraine against fascism, Nazism, and Satanism, which impose non-traditional values on us. And we will never accept it," the head of Chechnya stressed.
