Ramzan Kadyrov Warns Israel over Attacks on Gaza

| News, Politics, North Caucasus

On the morning of October 18, thousands of Muslims prayed in all mosques of the federal republic in support of the Palestinian people and Russian soldiers participating in the Russo-Ukrainian War. Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, called on Muslims to join the collective prayer in support of Palestine, which was launched in Chechnya's mosques.

"After tahajjud [a voluntary prayer performed by followers of Islam], the believers made dua [pray], asking Almighty Allah to protect the people of Palestine from criminal encroachments by oppressors. Those gathered in united ranks sincerely asked Allah to grant victory to our soldiers fighting the Satanists in Ukraine. The same pleas to the Lord of the Worlds were made by the believers of the republic in all mosques of the region. Muslims of the Chechen [Federal] Republic are watching the tragic events in the Gaza Strip with deep pain and regret. We also sincerely empathize with our soldiers in Ukraine and believe in their victory in the struggle against the minions of Iblis [Satan]. That is why the Muslims of the Chechen [Federal] Republic have decided to gather regularly for collective tahajjud in all mosques of the settlements," Kadyrov said.

He called on all Muslims to join in and amicably visit mosques in their regions to perform tahajjud namaz and show diligence in reciting salawat [an Islamic complimentary Arabic phrase that contains Veneration for Muhammad]. "Do not forget that dua is the strongest weapon of a believing person. So let us sincerely ask Allah to protect the people of Palestine from oppression and grant our brothers involved in the special military zone victory! May the Almighty punish all the impious people at whose hands innocent people - children, women, and the elderly - die!" Kadyrov stated.

Moreover, Chechen head Ramzan Kadyrov warned Israel against making "one of its biggest and most fatal mistakes." "Israel today is so carried away by its permissiveness that it is already reveling fiercely in the blood of children, women, and the elderly. Having lost all sense of proportion, it is already threatening to wipe out an entire people from the face of the earth. But if the Israeli regime thinks that Palestine is alone and that it can do whatever it wants with it, it is very, very deeply mistaken," the Chechen leader said.

According to him, there are already millions of people like Chechen Dirar Isa al-Shishani, a Jordanian police major who fought with the Israelis during the first intifada. "Don't provoke people. Don't taunt and incite Muslims around the world to retaliate. It will cost you so much that you will lose a thousand times more than you will find. Know that Dirar Isa al-Shishani was one. But there are hundreds of millions like him today. And it is not only Muslims," Kadyrov stated.
