Ramzan Kadyrov's Comments on Large-scale Change in Military District Commanders

Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Federal Republic, commented on the large-scale change in military district commanders. In his Telegram channel, the Chechen leader expressed sincere bewilderment that any appointment in the structure of the Russian Defense Ministry is associated on the Web with his statements.
"Remember, friends, we are following orders, not thinking about them. Any appointment as supreme commander, any order, any task—each of these decisions is supported by us. And this does not happen at the behest of the pike or my personal desire," Kadyrov explained. He assured them that he, like all other officers of the Chechen Federal Republic, had excellent, well-coordinated relations with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and that there were no disagreements.
"This mechanism works like clockwork. Yes, having access to data on the course of the special military operation zone, information about the potential of the Russian army, its capabilities, and much more, I can have my own opinion, which I, as Ramzan Kadyrov, also have the right to express. But I do not appoint to command positions, nor remove them from them," the Chechnya's leader added.
"We are foot soldiers. We will fulfill the order at any cost. And that is just the way it should be. Russia is powerful!" Kadyrov concluded.
