Bayramov provided details on Azerbaijan’s contributions to COP29, hosted in Baku, noting achievements in global climate finance, the Paris Agreement, and the Loss and Damage Fund. He compared Azerbaijan and Serbia's shared values and challenges, such as upholding sovereignty and avoiding reliance on foreign actors, while stressing mutual support for territorial integrity. The event was attended by Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Đurić, Speaker of the Serbian Parliament Ana Brnabić, and other officials.

Bayramov also met Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Đurić to discuss the Azerbaijan-Serbia partnership, including regional and international security.
