On January 10, Magomed Daudov, the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic and Chief of the Republican Staff of the North Military District, reported that since the beginning of the "special operation" [Russo-Ukrainian War], over 21,000 Chechen fighters have taken part in it.

He says more than 9,000 servicemen are currently on the front lines. "Each of them is provided with all the necessary uniforms and weapons, which allows them to serve effectively," he added.

"I personally keep in touch with the commanders of the Chechen special forces. This allows us to resolve any problematic issues quickly and significantly increases their work efficiency," Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the federal republic, emphasized.

Kadyrov noted that humanitarian problems in the “liberated territories” (occupied - ed.) are also being solved in parallel. "Almost daily, the Regional Public Foundation, named after the Hero of Russia, Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, distributes food and clothing to the local population," he said.
