
Armenia and Russia Discuss Bilateral Relations Twice in Four Days

On March 20, political consultations were held in Moscow between the Armenian and Russian Foreign Ministries. The delegations were led by Mnatsakan Safaryan, Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, and Mikhail Galuzin, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister.
Discussions focused on:
Strengthening political dialogue at all levels,
Enhancing trade and economic cooperation,
Expanding joint cultural and humanitarian projects,
Armenia’s "Crossroads of Peace" initiative,
Border delimitation efforts with Azerbaijan,
Ongoing peace treaty negotiations.
On March 24, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, further discussing bilateral cooperation and the outcomes of the previous consultations. The ministers also exchanged views on upcoming diplomatic engagements.
