Azerbaijan And Iran Discuss Drone Attacks and Regional Security in Phone Call

On March 23, Jeyhun Bayramov, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, held a phone call with Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of Iran. During the conversation, the ministers discussed the regional situation and exchanged views on potential measures to halt military escalation. They also underlined the importance of maintaining security in the Caspian Sea region.

Bayramov emphasized Azerbaijan's expectation that Iran will finalize its investigation into drone attacks launched from Iranian territory targeting the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The call also covered bilateral matters of mutual interest between the two countries.
