Georgia to Open Consulate General in Kraków

On March 22, the Georgian Foreign Ministry announced that the Consulate General of Georgia will begin operations in Kraków, Poland, following the completion of necessary procedures in cooperation with Polish authorities on February 11, 2025.

Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, the newly appointed Consul General, will officially assume his duties next week. The consulate will serve the administrative regions of Lubusz, Lesser Poland (Małopolskie), Subcarpathian (Podkarpackie), and Świętokrzyskie.

The office will be located in Kraków, with an official inauguration ceremony scheduled for the near future. It will provide consular services to Georgian citizens within its jurisdiction.
