Karapetyan Denounces Government Failures; Honors Armenian Resilience; Calls For Youth-Led Renewal
On July 28, Samvel Karapetyan, owner of the Tashir Group, stated that the current Armenian authorities have failed to suppress the will of the people or break the spirit of the youth. He emphasized that despite wars and hardships, Armenians have remained resilient and focused on the future. He claimed that efforts to silence journalists and restrict free speech have failed, with truthful reporting breaking through "the chain of information terror."
Karapetyan praised the steadfastness of Armenian compatriots imprisoned in Baku and noted that attempts to persecute the Church have only strengthened the faith of the people, uniting them around the Mother See of Etchmiadzin. He concluded that the future of Armenia lies in the failures of the current government and expressed confidence that a new political force, relying on the youth, will "open a new, long-awaited and desired page of our history."
