Through a decree issued on January 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin bestowed the esteemed military rank of "major general" upon Russian State Duma MP Adam Delimkhanov.

Ramzan Kadyrov highlighted the exceptional nature of the Delimkhanov family's contributions, noting that three brothers from the same lineage now hold the esteemed title of Hero of the Russian Federation and bear the rank of general. Kadyrov expressed profound pride in the Delimkhanov brothers, hailing them as genuine patriots of Russia whose dedication and sacrifice exemplify unwavering loyalty to the nation.
