Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Examines Akhmat Special Forces in Occupied Territories of Ukraine

Colonel-General Yunus-bek Yevkurov (Yunus-bek Evkurov), the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, visited the Seversk direction along the Russa-Ukraine front line zone and talked with fighters at the forefront.

Apty Alaudinov, Akhmat special forces commander, published a video with footage of the Deputy Minister’s stay at the forefront of the Akhmat special forces and the 2nd army corps of the separatist Luhansk People's Republic.

"Yunus-Bek Bamatgireevich, like a real combat general, walked the entire route on foot to the line of contact and back (7400 m in total), checked the readiness of the fighters, the fortification of firing points, and gave valuable instructions on the spot," Alaudinov noted.

He also showed how Yevkurov corrects the actions of the fighters. "Responsible for combat training in the defense department, Deputy Minister Colonel General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov personally corrects the actions of Akhmat special forces soldiers and the 2nd Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces on the line of contact in the NVO zone," Alaudinov said the video.
