On July 14, Samvel Karapetyan, the businessman currently under arrest, stated in a released message that the authorities’ main fear had been confirmed by their first rally, as the people demonstrated confidence in their strength and refused to yield under pressure. In his statement, Karapetyan expressed gratitude to the tens of thousands of compatriots who showed civic courage on July 4 and continued to do so. He also thanked those who voiced their support for him personally, noting that while his recent message had sparked widespread discussion, some interpretations had been detached from reality.

Karapetyan emphasized that his intention was clear: "we will create a fundamentally new political force." He stated his respect for existing political groups and figures opposing what he called the anti-national policies of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s government but affirmed that his team would pursue its own vision for Armenia’s future.

Karapetyan emphasized that, while not excluding domestic political cooperation with like-minded forces, their path would be independent and aimed at uniting people around "just and great goals," rejecting the "black-and-white and other artificial divisions" imposed by the current authorities. He noted that even within segments of the current regime, there were professionals who did not share the values of what he described as a small ruling group but had yet to find a way out of the prevailing situation. He concluded by announcing that the formation of their new political team had begun and declared, "We will do it our way."
