29 Children Who Lost Parents in Russo-Ukrainian War Will Undergo Rehabilitation in Azerbaijan
Another group of Ukrainian children who lost one of their parents due to the war in Ukraine was brought to Azerbaijan.
According to the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan, 29 children brought to Azerbaijan will be placed in camps.
The Ministry's Public Relations Department said the children would undergo social rehabilitation in a 15-day camp organized in Baku and Gabala.
The information stated, "Individual consultations organized by professional psychologists, group therapies, meditation and yoga exercises, as well as psycho-social training and master classes will ensure the stabilization of the emotional state of minors, as well as their integration into society."
In August, Caucasus Watch reported that Ukrainian children undergo psychological rehabilitation in Baku. A group of Ukrainian children deprived of parental care during the Russian-Ukrainian war is undergoing psychological rehabilitation in Baku. Rehabilitation is carried out with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Health.
